The challenge
Green Horizons is a premium residential community designed with sustainability in mind. The client needed a solar solution that could power shared amenities across 8 towers without disrupting the architectural harmony of the complex.
Solution
We engineered a 250 kW rooftop solar system optimized for partial shading and varying roof elevations. A hybrid net-metering setup was introduced to ensure excess power could be redirected back to the grid. Real-time monitoring dashboards were installed in the clubhouse for transparency.
